Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

Location: Mobile, AL Job Type: Full-Time

We are actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative, value-based outpatient care team in Mobile, AL. This opportunity offers a patient-focused environment, reduced daily patient volume, and strong interdisciplinary support to help providers deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Manage chronic and preventive care for adult and geriatric patients
• Coordinate specialty referrals, home health, and follow-up care
• Collaborate closely with an integrated team-based care model
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited program
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active or eligible Alabama medical license
• Active DEA preferred
• Experience with Medicare Advantage or value-based care preferred
